Join our Big Health and Care (socially distanced) Conversation
The Covid-19 pandemic changed the way health and care services were provided almost overnight. Services had to adapt to protect patients and staff, and the way we all used health and care services had to change, at a time when we were also adapting to life in lockdown.
Sussex Health and Care Partnership, which includes all of the Sussex NHS organisations and councils, would like to know what it’s been like for people who have had health or care issues during the pandemic. For example:
- If you used health or care services, what worked well for you, and what could have been better?
- If you didn’t use these services when you thought you really needed to, what stopped you?
- What changes should we keep?
- What do you think needs to go back to normal as much as possible?
Our Big Health and Care Conversation is running from now until December. It provides an opportunity for you to share your experiences of health and care services during the pandemic, to ask any related questions, and to let us know of any ideas you might have to improve things going forwards.
Patients and the public are at the heart of what we do, and your views will be very important in helping us to decide how services should be provided in future, to make sure they meet your needs. You can have your say in the following ways:
