Do It Online

Creating an online account:

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

How to sign-up

To sign up, please give your email address to a member of Reception- this can be done in person or over the phone. We will link your account to the surgery and you will receive an email with instructions on how to finish setting up your account. 

If you are having any difficulties, the Digital First team are running a Digital Inclusion project – supporting digitally excluded patients to use digital healthcare tools for their health and well-being including; NHS App, Online Consultation and NHS 111 Online. You can call 0808 196 5883 (Digital Brighton & Hove) for support to get online. 

 

Contacting us without setting up an online account:

Our online service via our website is available between 8:00-18:30 (Monday to Friday) 

*Please note our online platform is not suitable for high priority items -  instead please call or visit the practice to ensure we have full details and can pass the correct information onto clinicians to assist you*
