GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. How to sign-up
To sign up, please give your email address to a member of Reception- this can be done in person or over the phone. We will link your account to the surgery and you will receive an email with instructions on how to finish setting up your account.
If you are having any difficulties, the Digital First team are running a Digital Inclusion project – supporting digitally excluded patients to use digital healthcare tools for their health and well-being including; NHS App, Online Consultation and NHS 111 Online.
