Child Health Clinic

Immunisations are given by the practice nurse. Please call the surgery to book an appointment.

Holiday Immunisations

Firstly we ask that you fill in our travel form, available at reception, and the nurse will contact you to discuss your requirements. We require this travel form completed 10 weeks prior to travel . Please note that we only cover NHS vaccines, the rest need to be sourced privately from a travel clinic (including malaria tablets).
